Consent, as a rule and value, is essential for the security of our users and the integrity of our platform.

We require all uploaders to affirm that they have obtained and maintain valid consent and appropriate release documentation for all persons appearing in all content uploaded to the platform. Additionally, content must comply with our core values, community guidelines, and our Terms of Service.

Content that we identify as violating our Non-Consensual Content Policy will be removed and the associated user account will be acted upon accordingly.

What is considered a violation of our non-consensual content policy:

It is important to remember that pornography does not always represent typical sexual interactions and behaviors of everyday life and often represents various fantasies and role-playing scenarios by consenting amateurs and professionals. In all cases, whether professional or amateur, we expect content to adhere to TeleGirls’ core values ​​and Terms of Service.

When reviewing content that represents the sensitive topics listed below, we take the following into consideration to determine whether it violates our Terms of Service. We recommend that you review our detailed policy before uploading content related to these sensitive topics. Consent must be ascertainable by the reasonable observer from the material itself, which can be assessed through clear verbal or visual cues.

Consequences for violating this policy

In all cases where we identify or become aware of content that violates this policy, our Trust & Safety and Moderation teams work quickly to:

• Review and remove infringing content;
• Fingerprinting the content in question to help block future uploads of the same content to our sites; AND
• Suspend or permanently terminate the associated charger account, as applicable.
